Candidates: the details you give us, such as your name, contact information, resume, work history, preferences and screening answers.
Business contact information about people at companies, gathered from public sources and commercial business-contact providers, used to contact businesses about recruiting.
Website use: basic analytics (such as pages visited and buttons clicked) collected through Google Analytics cookies.

To run recruiting searches, contact candidates and employers, and schedule conversations and interviews.
To prepare agreements and invoices for employers.
To improve our website and our services.

We share a candidate's profile with an employer only after the candidate agrees.
